You can receive video consultation services from our specialist doctors, home care physician, psychotherapist, physiotherapist, and dietitian in the field you request.
Our services for adult patients are currently offered only in Istanbul. However, our mother and baby education services are also available in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, İzmir, Kocaeli, and Bursa. Services provided via video consultation are accessible from all across Turkey.
During the selection process, we prefer professionals who have built their careers in healthcare, hold diplomas or certifications from relevant schools or departments, and have work experience at well-known healthcare institutions. In addition, we verify criminal records and other official documents, followed by reference checks, to ensure the reliability of our staff.
First of all, every staff member who joins our company goes through a comprehensive orientation and training process. During the orientation program, the fundamental principles of home care and the documentation used during service delivery are explained. In the training program, staff are taught how to adapt to the home environment, and all procedures are practiced hands-on to ensure standardized service quality.
After each service, every staff member is required to contact our center and report the time spent with the patient. These reports are collected in the patient file, which is regularly reviewed by our physician to ensure that all procedures are carried out in accordance with the care plan. In addition, our specialist nurses conduct routine home visits and follow-ups to monitor patient and staff satisfaction on-site.
Finally, we send each of our clients a customer satisfaction survey, which is also published on our website. The purpose of this survey is to evaluate service quality through client feedback and to continuously improve customer satisfaction to the highest possible level.
After your application is received, a patient relations representative will arrange a visit by a specialist nurse to assess your care needs on-site and help us prepare the most suitable care plan for you.
At the end of this visit, our specialist nurse prepares a service plan that includes:
- Type of care needed (home care nurse or caregiver, and other support services)
- Duration of care (12 or 24 hours, continuous or at specific intervals)
- Cost of care
This service plan is then presented to you for approval.
Once you approve the service plan, a consent form and service agreement—prepared in accordance with patient rights and responsibilities—are signed, and our service begins.
Once your laboratory or X-ray needs are determined, our specialist nurses and technicians visit your location on a date and time convenient for you to perform the X-ray imaging or collect laboratory samples. The test results are then delivered to both you and your physician by our partner institutions.
Our training programs are divided into two categories: informational training and care training.
Our informational trainings are designed to raise awareness among patients and their relatives on topics related to our areas of expertise, such as home care, patient care, and elderly care.
Our care trainings focus on providing the relatives of individuals in need of care with both theoretical and practical training on the specific care they require.
In addition, we offer a Newborn Education Visit service for mothers who have recently given birth. During this service, our nurses inform mothers about important aspects of baby care and provide hands-on guidance on practices such as baby bathing and massage.
All of our training services can be provided either through home visits or video consultations, depending on your preference.
The service can start at your preferred time, according to the care plan prepared by our specialist nurses.
Our services include psychologist and psychotherapy services. Both patients and their relatives can benefit from this service. Depending on your needs, our psychologist can either visit you in person or provide assistance via video consultation.
We deliver all types of consumables and medical equipment you may need directly to your home and provide guidance on their use. You can either rent or purchase the devices available in our portfolio.
We provide physiotherapy services for geriatric rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our physiotherapist can also assist you via video consultation during ongoing treatments.
Our staff are primarily assigned to provide medical support. However, if there is no one else at home to assist the person receiving care, an “Aileden Biri” staff member can help with tasks such as reheating meals or light household chores.

By speaking with a Call Center representative, you can schedule an appointment with our doctor or specialist in the branch you require. After scheduling your appointment, you can complete the payment via credit card through our secure payment system or by bank transfer (IBAN numbers will be sent to you via email or SMS).
If you are using your mobile phone for the video consultation, make sure your internet connection is working. If you are connecting via ADSL modem, check your ADSL internet connection. A 3G or 4G connection on your phone or an upload/download speed of 1.2 Mbps for ADSL is sufficient for an uninterrupted session.
If you prefer to use an external application such as Skype or Zoom, ensure that your audio and video are transmitted correctly and that you can hear and see the other party. The video quality of the session will depend on the lighting in the room, so make sure the environment is well-lit.
Try to be in a quiet room. Using headphones will improve sound quality and ensure the privacy of your session. Preparing your questions in advance will help make the consultation more efficient.
We kindly ask that you be ready for your video consultation at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
On holidays and official public holidays, a 50% surcharge is applied. At other times, including weekends, our standard listed rates apply.
